This webpage was created in cooperation with the Institute for Advanced Studies (IHS), a non-profit organisation, based in Vienna, Austria. It engages in independent research in economics, political science and sociology. With almost 40 years of experience the "business cylce" team of IHS publishes its macroeconomic forecasts: four quarterly short-term forecasts and one five-year ahead projection for the Austrian economy. It further should be noticed, that this project was generated without any public funding, and only feasible through extensive private sponsoring mainly in terms of providing skill, pizza and - above all - time.
